This guy fell into my lap this evening by accident. Estate sale find with a four hour eBay auction. Got it for 1/3 the current going price

there may be a similar one on RCC but this Is one that I bought 6 months back and cut up a Re-re GH to make it a functional unit to tool around at the campgrounds with. It's certainly one of those hold my beer and watch this type of builds I did in like 2 hours. The kit was just for a spare body for my daughters runner GH. It works surprisingly great with the GH chassis and quite fun to run with the silver can in it.

Supercool. I found the post I saw. It may be still for sale by dankbud247 AKA farmtruck92 on RCC.
      Lol.

This needs a 1/10 scale Cousin Eddie Action figure badly. Or at least a can of MeisterBrau to go next to it

Probably finish this up tonight with some threaded links. No more spring front suspension and now oil dampers constant camber angle over bumps. Much overkill.

Ampro Engineering 20mm offset double wishbone front suspension

similar enough to the CRP setup. Makes a huge difference in how it works.

Pretty fun so far, fwd on these things is hilarious. My M05 chassis car isnt quite as fast, but i think it handles better.

      Looks like fun.

There was an mk4 Golf that sold on fleaBay maybe 6-8 months ago. It went way higher than I was willing to bid.

Nice lookin' little Honda I still can't wrap my head around all of the touring car model numbers. Anything after the TA-02 and I'm like

Hotshot arrived yesterday, lots of good/bad/ugly. Spent the night tearing her completely down, every nut and bolt, and rebuilt the front gearbox. Discovered my rear gearbox half was toast and had to order a vintage original one (Ouch $. They are different from the re-re and use C clips not E clips). Will rebuild the front end this evening and get the body painted.

Nice conversion Cool Jetta! My Pumpkin is running on oil-filled CVA's. It makes a huge difference. You'll think your Lunchbox is a different truck

My vintage gearbox tree is coming in today, so I can make some progress on the chassis. I've got the front gearbox and suspension mounted to the upper chassis. Body is all painted up. Driver's now painted and all the electronics and servos are tidied up and installed.

The internals on this thing are in amazing shape. It was as if the owner destroyed the car in one run. Like ran it off a cliff. The MSC looks pristine as does the original BEC daughter circuit board. The closed end bell Mabuchi RS-540 runs beautifully.

Nice. I do have oil dampers on it now but it will get the adjustable upper links to keep the camber constant

      That's pretty awesome Erik!

The amount of scale accessories for the crawler guys is mind boggling.

I dont know if anybody is into newly released RC models, but I should be taking delivery of my Traxxas Ford GT in about a week (I hope) I will start a new thread on it with a short review and pictures.

not an RC car (for now) but a little battery powered resto I have been tinkering with.

Coming along nicely, just need to finish bolting everything up and fab up charging cable for it.

not bad considering it started out like this.
