You could always take that to a PM and leave us out of it.

Otherwise, you're bringing down what used to be a fun, and in fun thread.

Is this the after new tires picture? It's been 20 years since someone put clip weights on the outside of my wheels. I would be disappointed.

Who was the guy that mentioned going to Toronto this fall and was looking for recommendations? Ryan I think? Or what is another one of you?

It was Ryan. I think he canceled the trip after the CN tower outdoor chain walk was suggested.

Gotcha. I took a look at my outlook calendar and found the restaurant I wanted to recommend. Also confirmed the name of the bar.

I'll wait until he checks in to make sure he sees it and doesn't miss it in the lovefest going on in here.

I saw two first gen Hyundai Accents yesterday. On the road. Both with aftermarket wheels and various other aftermarket modifications.

then don't. directly or anecdotally. do or do not, there is no try.

I'll take any form of engagement from you as a sign you're up for it.

I've tried the Ryan signal in the past. DH usually replies instead.

Also, new avatar idea for Ryan? A big casey's pizza with a red X through it.

      Yes, very much.

Also, if we could get a pic of Jim Thome for DH's avatar, that'd be greeeeeat.

That photo is old tires, and just after the van came back from paint. Unlike my Mini's wheels, I took photos of them before I dropped them off.

I hope I'm worrying about nothing, I'd hate to go full tampon this afternoon when I pick the up.

I think we've just discovered a new unit of measurement. What's the conversion? I thought it was 1:10 jnm:bave, but have since learned its actually 1:1000. Tampons are less than a haircut, so 1 tampon = 0.1jnm? Or is it $1 (0.01jnm)?

I hope they do a good job installing the new tires, your van looks very nice.

The independent garage I visit does a good job but charges $25 a wheel for low profile tires but also use road force balancing.

I can't remember the last time I was sent out for tamps, 10 USD for a box sounds right.

So that works. Makes the whole decimal thing easier on the fly for explaining less-fancy purchases.

      Yeah 1 nater = 1 tampon

From a currency perspective, of course
