I have read through so many threads on this subject that lead to a dead end with either expired photos are are useless. So this is my attempt to start a thread and keep it updated as much as possible to help others with the same problem i have.

      2006 GTI FSI Motor
      Original Compressor was a Zexel
      Installed Sanden PXE16 Compressor
      Climatronic System
      Replaced Pressure control valve
      Replaced A/C Control Valve
      Replaced Dyer
      Replaced Expansion Valve
      Vacuumed System for an hour
Fans Do not turn on when A/C is switched to the “On”
A/C Turn to “Lo” and to the max speed
      Blows hot air
      Pulley is spinning

      Voltage going to the compressor:
After unplugging the compressor getting 3.2-3.3 Volts going out of the harness that goes to the pressure control switch

      Removed fan from the car
Can force Both fans to go on “High Speed” by applying power to the 2 big contacts.
Cannot force the lower speeds to turn on

      Charging
Applied coolant but the compressor wont kick on

      SANDEN PXE16

Audi / Volkswagen Genuine OE A/C Pressure Switch #: 1K0959126D

As of 7-20-2016 still does not work

Your going to need to scan it with a vagcom mine was not working and I got a oem pressure switch that was bad. If I don't have vagcom would never have known. Company sent 2nd switch and installed and worked.

I know this will sound strange, but there are reasons behind this.

      Does you backup light working?
