Recently my car battery keeps getting drained. I think its being caused by the secondary water pump running continuously. I can hear it and feel it pumping water around even hours after the car has been turned off. I can make it stop by pushing down on the air filter housing. I dont know if the air filter has anything to do with the problem or something underneath it maybe. I hope someone has had this problem as well, or maybe someon can tell me what might cause the pump not stopping.

      Thanks in advance.

Here is a picture of where the sound originates, its a bit deeper down but thats hard to show on this picture (red arrow) and where I push to make it stop (green arrow). Car in the picture is not my car by the way.
