For the sake of my wallet i really hope these dont see the same level of discounting the z/28 have seen a few times since coming out.

iirc awhile ago gm confirmed they were covering warranty issues on camaro for casual track use right?

I think I read if the car is stock they will cover it under warranty.

      Agree with both.

I've been cheering for the A10 a lot lately, probably be asked to turn my man-card in pretty soon...

Still, I wish GM would offer the A10 on either SS or ZL1 1LE...

      Exactly

And on a car with those numbers that comes from the factory with camber plates and all the other laundry list of changes short of legitimate track safety items whats really left to mod?

Also impressed they actually downsized to 19" wheels rather than the trend of large as possible.

Depending on where this classes, I can see tons of people running slicks. Chevy could deny warranty, but at the same time something like this is not enforceable.

Why not buy a ZL1 then?

Scca solo wise on street tires it should likely go no lower than ss, And cam-c because cam is actually ****ing ridiculous if you read its rules.

And probably only be locally relevant in either.

It gets back to the issue of being way past the level of performance that can be used on the street, an hpde hero if you want to risk binning it, and 98% of buyers being beaten by 7-15k worth of old miata on anything but a very open autox course.

And yet still so horny for one

On an airfield type course it would be hillariously fun and not overkill, just have a feeling it will get killed pax wise.

Awesome hpde hero car though, if you can swallow the consumable cost and $ risk.

Hahhaha just clicked your cone video link, you run at devens too. Zl11le would be a hillarious car on an svt and friends course. 100% would clown car one there.

The real reason is that it's a Camero, and you don't want to tell people you own a Camero, because you're insecure about brand image and what people who don't know much about cars will think about your car.

Ok, and it's also pretty ugly.

Ok, and it's also pretty ugly.
I think I took a screenshot of that one time you spelled it correctly. I'd love a 1SS (or 1LE) once the kids are bigger as I'm a huge GM small block booster and I think the alpha platform is the tits. I honestly don't feel comfortable driving around in them though, and that's enough to keep me away. Maybe I'd get used to it, but if I can't feel at home in a car, that's a big turn off.

I think the ZL11LELOLZOMG11! looks amazing though. Does the American bombastic thing better than the challenger, and mixes in exactly the right amount of pure performance visuals. Just tell GM not to sell it pre-chopped PLZ. (actually just make a damned ATS-V+ or whatever the rumor was with the LT1!)

You can get Hellcats to hook and the Demon is coming with 315 drag radials. Plenty of slightly modified Hellcats on radials/slicks yanking the front wheels and running low 10s to high 9s

Im thinking the Demon will be knocking on 9s off the show room floor
