With the 911 you better be paying attention.
Thanks--that makes a lot of sense. Enjoy the new car!

Congrats! The first time I drove a 997.1 S I knew I had to have one. I ended up getting a 997.2 targa 4 and now have a 997.2 C4S. They are among the best cars I've ever driven and I literally grin like an idiot every time I get into it. Check out rennlist.com and also the DSC tuning box. It replaces the PASM controller and makes it a dynamic vs. static system. Dramatically improved ride and handling and you can now use 'sport' on the road without killing your self. You'll find plenty of reading on it. Best mod I've made to mine.

Enjoy the car in good health and get in some car control clinic time too!

Cheers. I'm already on Rennlist (same username) and found it a great resource to nail down the model/year that would work best for me. I may join the local P-Car club here to get some more serious track time in.

      Thanks for the tips!

Went through the last of the Oban unfortunately. Next C&C will have to be regular coffee I plan to bring some Oban back from Oban in September Wonder how much it would cost to ship the new ride to Scotland so I can drive the Highlands...

I guess I could be a gentleman and bring some good scotch to pay you back for the Oban.

A quick wash, clay bar and wax, then off for a couple of photos from the side of a very smooth road...

Need to get a bumper plug and ditch that license plate for future expeditions. The Mountain Woman is convinced that tint is going to get me a ticket. I tell her they'd have to catch me first

The more I drive it the better the car gets.

Seeing the Volvo with the back windows looking like they were ready to pop with all the camping stuff was the highlight of Canepa that year
